About the winery
The philosophy and craftsmanship of our wines began to take shape in the fourteenth century in the historic cellar belonging to the Pascual family in the Burgos village of Fuentelcésped. Throughout these centuries our ancestors, by hand and displaying their great popular wisdom, devoted their effort and determination to extracting the juice of the vine and turning it into a drink of the gods. In 1986 Bodegas Pascual began its journey in Fuentelcésped (Burgos), a province belonging to the D.O.
