About the winery
Three generations bring Bodegas Pastor to life. Its founder, Rafael Pastor, began this activity in the 1950s, passing on his passion for making artisan wines to his son José Miguel, who in turn teaches this profession day by day to his own children. Much time has passed since then; techniques have evolved and the winery has adapted to the demands of changing markets, yet one maxim has always endured: the quality of the wines above all.
