About the winery
Once the fruit reaches optimum ripeness, the harvest and winemaking take place with selected grapes, picked by hand and carried to the winery in individual crates. Each variety is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 24 and 27 ºC for the red wines and 16 ºC for the dry white Moscatel.
