About the winery
The vineyard is the origin of our wines. Bodegas Portia owns 160 hectares in the area of Roa, Gumiel de Izán, Villanueva and Gumiel de Mercado, in the heart of Ribera del Duero. The land is the essence, the land where our wines are born: wines with temperament and personality. They have an intense aromatic profile and violet hues, and on the palate they are unctuous and smooth as a result of the extreme climate, with autumn and even spring frosts and long, harsh winters.
