Our wines take their name from a local place name: Monasterio de San Miguel. It recalls the town's historical memory and gathers the key contributions that have favoured vine growing in these lands of Ribera del Duero. Today Bodegas Prado de Olmedo seeks to recreate the rural history of this town by making wines worthy of its history and its name. Hence the exquisite care and dedication in its wines, made in modern facilities in keeping with the times and aged in a stock of 300 American and French barrels.
