About the winery
Raíz de Guzmán was born in 1998 as a continuation of the project created in 1985, the year Páramo de Guzmán cheeses began their journey. Raíz arose under the same philosophy: tradition, innovation and, above all, quality. In the winery rest 500 barrels, 80% of them French oak and 20% American oak. They are renewed every three years to guarantee the quality of the wines.
