About the winery
Bodegas Réquiem is a garage winery; its door is “a back door”. A separate, fully climate-controlled warehouse holds our stock of 150 barrels selected for the wood of the best French cooperages. A central space contains the various winemaking tanks. Another small space houses our bottle cellar. A laboratory and little else.
