About the winery

Bodegas San Prudencio: the grapes used to make Envite come from the Rioja Alavesa vineyards owned by Bodegas San Prudencio. Rubén Sáenz, the winery's winemaker, represents the first generation to make wines combining the family farming tradition with training and scientific knowledge of sustainable winemaking methods. A graduate in Oenology from the University of La Rioja, Rubén Sáenz is a farmer who makes a modern wine with the ways and customs of the countryside he learned from his family.
