About the winery
The Santo Niño de la Bola cooperative (Bodegas Taray) was established in 1962 with 95 members, with the aim of acquiring their grapes for subsequent winemaking and marketing. Activity began with a total production of some 6,000,000 kg of grapes, almost entirely white. Today around 25,000,000 kg (depending on the harvest) are collected, supplied by the 700 members who currently make up the cooperative.
