About the winery
Bodegas Teófilo Reyes is in Peñafiel (Valladolid), at the heart of the D.O. Ribera del Duero, and bears the name of its creator, who bet on quality in the area from the very start. What began as a small project is now a winery with almost 100 hectares of its own vineyards, mainly Tempranillo, with plots reaching 925 metres. Today it is backed by the Zuazo Gastón family from Rioja and works with low yields and selection in both vineyard and winery. Its range includes Tamiz, with six months in barrel, and the Teófilo Reyes Crianza and Reserva, aged in French oak.
