About the winery
We are a family winery that took its first steps in 1885, when Don Felipe Lagunilla San Martín, an illustrious native of Cenicero, began producing his first wines. Five generations later we still maintain traditional production methods for all our wine, vermouth and mistela. We are one of the last wineries in La Rioja that still carry out the traditional barefoot treading of the grapes from our own vineyards, fermenting in a stone lagar and a 15th-century cave in our home town, Cenicero.
