Bodegas Valle del Botijas is a winery in Pesquera de Duero (Valladolid) that presents itself as a producer of natural wines. Its reds come from two hectares of organic Tempranillo in Pesquera, and for its whites it has one hectare of century-old Verdejo at almost 1,000 metres in Nava de la Asunción (Segovia), the Mamen Moreno vineyard; it also works Garnacha in Valtiendas. The Valle del Botijas range includes a young red, a four-month red and crianzas, the rosé Paloma, the white Angela, an organic Sauvignon Blanc and Tamara, an ancestral-method sparkling Sauvignon Blanc, as well as a gin, Cabugin. It organises wine and food days combining visits to its vineyards in Segovia and Valladolid, a tour of the winery, a tasting and a meal.
