About the winery
After the first 7 years in the small, old traditional Canarian house in the centre of the village of La Guancha, where considerable experience was gained, together with numerous trips to the main wine regions of the world, the project emerged that in 1997 gave rise to the building that now houses the winery, combining traditional architectural elements with modern forms, using local materials such as volcanic stone and aged tiles, along with more modern materials such as exposed concrete and stainless steel.
