About the winery
Bodegas Vinísimo is the project of two partners, Arturo and Fer, based in Rueda and making wines in the D.O. Rueda and the Ribera del Duero. In Rueda they work Verdejo from vineyards over 30 years old, lying at 700 to 870 metres on alluvial terraces of the Duero, with gravelly soils and a continental climate, and they harvest almost always at night to preserve the freshness of the grapes. This gives their Verdejos Pimpollo and Pecholiebre, while in the Ribera del Duero they make Tempranillo reds such as Pajar de Agujas 9 Meses and Pajar de Agujas 12 Meses. Carantoña and Carantoña Rosé complete the range.
