About the winery
The recovery of native varieties, specifically Garnacha, was the spark that set Bodegas y Viñedos Artazu in motion in 1996. Part of the Bodegas Artadi group, behind this project is Juan Carlos López de Lacalle, a professional with recognised experience in the wine sector, determined to show the potential and range of nuances of such an indigenous grape as Garnacha. In keeping with this philosophy, the winery's wines are made exclusively from this variety.
