Located in the Burgos village of Olmedillo de Roa. The Escudero family has devoted itself with true passion to viticulture for generations with a single philosophy: the quality production of our own grapes with the greatest respect for our land, seeking the expression of the terroir and the grape variety, qualities we have maintained over time and that have been passed down from parents to children.
