Bodegas y Viñedos Gallego Zapatero S.L. was born as a family business from a deep-rooted winegrowing tradition. Mariano Gallego and Vicenta Zapatero (the foundations of this project), working the vines with respect and tenacity, passed on to their sons Bienvenido and Ignacio (the pillars of this project) the values needed to make a great wine: Yotuel.
