About the winery
A project born in 2007 and driven by Benito Otero, José Luis González Nava and Grégory Pérez. They have 13 hectares of old vines and a traditional winery in Pajares de los Oteros. The vines are located on a single plot of stony land, at about 1,000 metres altitude, with very scarce rainfall, thanks to which the grapes have great aromatic potential.
