About the winery
The main goal of this innovative winery is to make and age elite wines. The design and construction of the winery, by the renowned architect Elesio Gatón Gómez, is entirely novel. When the architect was commissioned for the project, he recalled how wine was traditionally made: slowly, aged in the absence of light, in a place where the air stays cool in summer and mild in winter, without large temperature variations and so peaceful that not even the air can be heard moving.
