About the winery
The vines are located in the village of Espanillo, in the El Bierzo district, at the head of the river Cúa. They lie on steep slopes at more than 600 m altitude, facing south and ventilated by constant air currents. The soil is made up of a mixture of clays and decomposed slate, in a wooded setting of great natural diversity.
