About the winery
With a long winemaking tradition, brothers Raúl and Jorge Ripa completed the construction of their new winery in early 2003. It is a building designed and equipped to make quality organic wine. The winery's own 70 hectares of vines supply the firm's production needs exclusively. Their management respects the principles of organic agriculture, avoiding the use of herbicides, pesticides or fertilisers. The varieties planted are mostly the red Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon.
