About the winery
More than 100 years of history. Canals & Munné is a small family company devoted to making mid- and high-quality wines and cavas since 1915, when Josep Canals Capellades, great-grandfather of the current winemaker Òscar Canals, started the business. The house crest symbolises the water channels carrying cava and the towers, forming the union of the brand, together with the leaves and grapes of the vineyards. Josep Mª Canals Casanovas, the founder's son, together with Dolors Torres Munné, made up the second generation of the cava house.
