About the winery
The Carles de Lavern project starts from the modernity of a new venture, yet at the same time from the tradition of an estate that has been in the wine world for centuries. It is located on the Savall estate, with a special microclimate and terraces up to 375 metres high in the heart of the Penedès. Respect for the land and for quality, in a unique, integrated setting in the Penedès, with organic farming.
