“Control the grapes from the vineyard to guarantee the highest quality”: every generation of Cavas Blancher has worked by this motto of our founder, Antonio Capdevila Pujol. Controlling the vineyards is essential for us, as it allows us to certify the quality and development of the grapes; this is the main reason we have chosen to control the entire vineyard process. We vinify the plots (terroirs) separately, ensuring good traceability of the product.
