About the winery
Mas Oliver captures the essence of a family company with a long cava-making tradition dating back to 1929 and spanning four generations, making it one of the oldest in the cava capital, Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. It makes only top-quality cava, the result of a blend of carefully selected wines from the traditional varieties of the Penedès district: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada.
