Cavas Bolet Enoturismo
About the winery
For more than seven generations the Bolet family has grown vines and made wine. In 1890 Josep Bolet Martí tackled the phylloxera plague by replanting all the vineyards on his property with American rootstocks and later grafting them with the red and white varieties typical of the district. Over the years, together with his son Jaume Bolet Galofré, new vineyards were planted until reaching the 66 hectares farmed today.
