About the winery
In 1950 grandfather Miquel Mir Oliver made his first bottles of cava. The experience passed from his hands to those of his son Jaume, who, with new winemaking and ageing techniques, brings his carefully made cava to market. The goal is always the highest quality, following some traditional methods that, although slower or more costly, guarantee a better product.
