About the winery
Since 1983 Josep Tutusaus Andrés has made Cava Xamós, always a Brut Nature cava, with no sugars or preservatives and very limited production to ensure optimal winemaking conditions. The Xamós cellars are located in the municipality of Pontons, the highest in the Penedès, 600 metres above sea level. In this privileged area for growing vines, the grapes are the last to be harvested, ensuring they ripen fully on the vine.
