About the winery
In the village of La Pobla de Cérvoles (Les Garrigues), at an altitude of 750 metres and separated from the Priorat only by the Serra de la Llena, Cérvoles Celler has a 35-hectare vineyard estate spread over 10 different plots, with Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Merlot, Garnacha, Chardonnay and Macabeo. The climate is very mild despite the harshness of the area. The soil texture, combining clay and different levels of gravel, gives an optimal water balance for making high-quality wines.
