The Blanch family's farming origins go back more than 300 years, with written references from 1736. Growing the typical crops of the Tarragona area, they gradually moved towards grapes as the main crop, with varieties such as Xarel·lo, Muscat, Macabeo, Subirat Parent, Chardonnay and Tempranillo, without forgetting olives and nuts such as hazelnuts and almonds. The fruits of the land, and their relationship with it, awakened the desire to take a further step in the development and handling of the grapes.
