Cellers Can Blau began in 2003 and is one of the Gil family's oldest projects outside Jumilla. The winery is located in El Molar, within the Montsant D.O., and is the most diverse project in terms of grape varieties and soil types. Montsant is a designation of origin that is probably, right now, still revealing its real potential in terms of oenological quality.
