Cellers Dosterras
About the winery
Dosterras is in Marçà, in the Montsant D.O., and was born in 2013 when Fernando Grajales, aged 26, and his family bought old vineyards in the area. With winemaker Noemí Javierre and a young team they began making wine, and in 2019 they opened their own winery. They harvest by hand, press gently, vinify by variety and plot using gravity and let the grapes ferment naturally. The range runs from Dosterras Vermell and Blanc to Garnatxa, Finca Aiguasals, Blanc de Blancs, Carpathia, Naixement and Petits Miracles. The visit tours the facilities and ends with a tasting of five wines accompanied by cheese and ham, and the estate also has a hotel.
