Since 1989, in Canyelles, in the Garraf district, Grau Dòria has selected the best wines from the traditional white varieties to make a genuine product with oenological seriousness and consistency. Despite the current fashion for powerful and sometimes heavy cavas, Grau Dòria cavas keep their soul of smoothness and white flowers, the varietal aromatic expression of Xarel·lo, Parellada and Macabeo wines.
