Cellers Joan D’Anguera
About the winery
The Joan d'Anguera winery's estates belong to the Montsant D.O. They have calcareous, sandy soils and Quaternary alluvium, with a Mediterranean climate under continental influence: fragile, delicate land with a large number of old vines. Dry-farmed, they are cultivated organically and biodynamically, certified by CCPAE and Demeter respectively. In total there are 40 ha of vines spread over four estates: Finca l'Argatà (23 ha), Mas de Pedret (12 ha), La Planella (2 ha) and El Tancat (3 ha).
