About the winery
Cava made from organically grown Parellada and Macabeo grapes, cultivated in our vineyards without pesticides or synthetic chemical fertilisers. Low yields and a great capacity to extract the nuances of the soil, as well as harmony between sugar richness and acidity. The fairly late harvest is done by hand. The grapes are gently pressed to obtain the best must.
