About the winery
Bodegas Centum Cadus, S.L. was born in 2003 in Curiel de Duero, a beautiful municipality set in the Cuco Valley, whose waters have slowly, gently worn away the hard limestone to form part of the best vineyard land of the Ribera del Duero. Winemaking takes place in a space equipped with the latest technical advances, with the utmost respect for our treasure: the grape. The grapes, which arrive in harvest crates, are gently destemmed and go into temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Medium macerations and gentle pressing.
