Perfection, dynamism and restlessness: these adjectives define in a few words the character of our family, “Familia Luis Cañas”. Dominio de Cair was born from the restless character of winemaker Juan Luis Cañas, a new challenge summed up in one goal: to make great wines in an exceptional land, the Ribera del Duero. A project born from a passion for the vineyard and culminating in the creation of this winery. A land, Ribera del Duero, that Juan Luis travelled many times until he found the vineyards of his dreams. Old vines, some of them a hundred years old.
