About the winery

Dominio de Donas is the Entrecanales Domecq family's winery in the D.O. Rueda, with its vineyard on the banks of the Zapardiel river. The name revives that of Donas, an old parish documented since the 13th century whose inhabitants lived from farming and wine. Its plots range from light sands by the river to clay-limestone marls on higher ground, with almost a hundred metres of difference in altitude and marked temperature contrasts between them. After a regeneration process, the team focuses on the plots with the most potential and farms organically following regenerative viticulture. Its white Yuso de Donas is made with minimal intervention and aged in concrete and wood.
