Finca Rodma
About the winery
Finca Rodma is a family project in Quintanilla de Arriba, in the D.O. Ribera del Duero, with its winery built in the middle of its vineyards, beside the Duero. It works 14 hectares with very varied soils and altitudes, between 650 and 980 metres, and each sub-plot is vinified separately. The building blends into the landscape and is split into a winemaking area and an ageing area; grapes are moved by gravity and fermented in truncated-cone stainless steel tanks and wooden vats, production is limited, natural cork is used and solar panels provide energy. Its range consists of three reds: Finca Rodma Selección, Finca Rodma Avizor, from high-altitude vines, and Gran Rodma. The winery has its own space dedicated to visits.
