Gatell is a family winery devoted to making exclusive cavas. By growing its own vineyards using an artisanal method and the most advanced organic farming technology, the best vines are selected to create cavas fermented in French oak barrels, with long ageing and no added sugars. On the Mas Gatell estate, the surroundings, substrate and climate, together with the most exhaustive ampelology, give the grapes their maximum potential for the enjoyment of a sybaritic, distinguished cava with elegant, fine and subtle sensory characteristics.
