About the winery
Hacienda Solano is a small family winery located in La Aguilera, Burgos, a village with some of the best and oldest vineyards in the D.O. Ribera del Duero. Toni Sarrión was invited to make his own wine in 2016 and has been directly involved in making the wines ever since, together with Sophie Kunh and the rest of the Cubillo Solano family, respecting their philosophy and joining the project as a partner a year later.
