About the winery
It is the result of a lifetime devoted to growing and tending the vine. When Grandfather Hilario made wine by hand, he passed his knowledge on to his children Crescencia and Hilario, who devoted themselves body and soul to keeping this knowledge alive, carefully and lovingly tending their vines to obtain an excellent wine, which they already sold professionally at their winery. Crescencia and Hilario, firmly believing in this tradition, passed this legacy on to the children of Crescencia and her husband Julio (our happy couple of grape pickers in the photo).
