About the winery
In 2016 a group of 18 friends, spurred on by Chicho, our winemaker, decided to follow his dream and make our own wine, with two fundamental goals: to make a natural wine following the traditional process, recovering century-old vines on the verge of disappearing. The villages of Soria are suffering a process of ageing and abandonment, which means that many of the vineyards, which have belonged to the same family for generations, have no one to look after them.
