Nothing that Leyenda del Páramo is today would be possible without Pedro González Mittelbrunn, one of its founding partners and its promoter. He is and has been a key figure in the recovery of Prieto Picudo, first as a champion of the variety within the D.O. León, then as technical director at one of the main wineries in León and now at the helm of Leyenda del Páramo's development. The winery was born in León, in the Páramo, the fruit of a dream, a commitment and a lot of work.
