About the winery
We are a family business located in Avilés, Asturias, in the Villalegre district. Since 1995 we have been making natural cider following tradition and taking care of its quality from the orchard to the bottle. The adventure began with our father, Salvador Guardado, who back in the 1990s, when he ran the family chigre (cider bar), decided to make his own cider, applying his knowledge of and passion for it. The whole family is continuing this adventure with enthusiasm, always striving to improve the quality of our cider so that we can enjoy it together.
