About the winery
Sidra Herminio began its journey in 1943, when Herminio Alonso Buznego founded the brand and set up the first facilities in Colloto. In 1949 the activity moved to the site that Lagar Herminio S.L. occupies today. Since then and up to the present day, a family saga of cider makers has shown constant growth and good work, keeping tradition and renewal together.
