Olivé Batllori is a family winery located in Subirats, in the heart of the Penedès, where we have been making quality, limited-production cavas since the 1950s. Bottles of Olivé Batllori cava rest for months in silence inside a modernist building, surrounded by a privileged setting: the Finca de Can Figueres, with a winegrowing tradition dating back to the 17th century. Our efforts focus on caring for the product and the environment with an innovative attitude without losing tradition.
