Orto Vins Masroig
About the winery
Orto's vineyards are located in the municipality of El Masroig, in the Priorat district, under the Montsant Designation of Origin. There are almost 30 hectares, spread over 25 plots, most of them Cariñena and Garnacha, the traditional varieties of the area. We also grow Tempranillo and a very special Picapoll Tinto. We have a very precious heritage of old vines, such as the pre-phylloxera Picapoll of Les Tallades, the Garnacha Peluda of El Palell, the Cariñena of La Carrerada and the Tempranillo of Les Pujoles.
