About the winery
Heirs to a five-century-old winemaking tradition, at Ossian we work to recover an exceptional heritage reflected in a unique vineyard and singular wines that express the potential of Segovian Verdejo. The project stems from absolutely exceptional vines: 30 ha of extremely old vineyard, between 100 and 200 years old. Pre-phylloxera vines, located on the sandy soils characteristic of this Segovian area, which prevented phylloxera from advancing.
