About the winery
In the early 1990s, 80 local winegrowers decided to join forces to found a modern winery, committed to quality and continuous improvement. In fact, in 2001 Orvalaiz was a pioneer among Spanish cooperatives in implementing a quality system in the winery. Its location at a key point on the Camino de Santiago, on the road linking Pamplona and Logroño, has made the winery a centre of interest for pilgrims, always ready to welcome anyone wishing to see its facilities and taste its wines.
